I decided to look into the Hamas Charter out of curiosity after seeing evidence that Hamas endorses CAIR. CAIR always refuses to denounce Hamas and Hezbollah whenever asked to do so. I encourage those who are interested to see CAIR’s remarks for yourself in relation to The Third Jihad. Also, for those who have not yet viewed this free documentary, you can access it directly from thethirdjihad.com. It is narrated by Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, a former US Navy officer and a past president of the Arizona Medical Association. When we look at the evidence in this ‘controversial’ documentary, it clearly shows the agenda of Islam.
There is no conspiracy here.
The Qur’an and the Islamist agenda clearly sync up with one another. As most know by now, CAIR has demanded that the NYPD not show this film to its officers and has coerced mayor Bloomberg to speak out against the department. Obviously Bloomberg is a Muslim apologist, this is no secret. My question is this. If CAIR is really interested in promoting equality and the difference between peaceful Muslims and Islamists, then why the uproar? Clearly this documentary works to expose the radical side of Islam within the Middle East, Europe and America. These facts are clear, not distorted. So why the fuss from CAIR? The only logical conclusion I can find is that Islamists take it personally when someone exposes their faith. If CAIR really is a moderate group channeling equality for Muslim Americans, they would stand in truth with Muslims who speak out in The Third Jihad documentary. In looking at portions of the Hamas Charter paired with the knowledge that CAIR is supposedly endorsed by Hamas, the truth becomes evident.
Portion of Article 6 of the Hamas Charter
“Only under the shadow of Islam could the members of all regions coexist in safety and security for their lives, properties and rights. In the absence of Islam, conflict arises, oppression reigns, corruption is rampant and struggles and wars prevail.”
What doesn’t seem correct about this statement considering the facts in connection with Islam? One could easily substitute a few words in the passage to unveil a more appropriate articulation as depicted below.
“Only under the light of equality could the members of all regions coexist in safety and security for their lives, properties and rights. In the presence of militant Islam, conflict arises, oppression reigns, corruption is rampant and struggles and wars prevail.” This, or some version of it, is what CAIR should be saying if they really are ‘moderate.’ It’s clear that the absence of Islam is not the result of conflicts, oppression, etc. But rather the presence of such a religion is the direct cause of its aftermath. Furthermore, the claim that “struggles” would exist in the absence of Islam is a misstep for one of the definitions of jihad is struggle. Furthermore, they believe under the wing of Islam lies security and safety, including rights. That is, once you’ve chosen to die – or better- submit and pay jizya.
Sura 9:29 Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
This verse above clearly lays out the mission of Islam. So my question is, who is CAIR trying to kid by not denouncing this? Islamists want this. Moderate Muslims don’t care and in fact expose this. Who is CAIR trying to kid?
Additional Portion of Article 6
When the Faith wanes, there is no security
There is no this-worldliness for those who have no faith
Those who wish to live their life without religion
Have made annihilation the equivalent of life.

Pay close attention to the underlined verse. What this verse really alludes to is that if you have Islamic faith then you have ‘this-worldliness.’ In fact the truth is just the opposite. One word would solve this problem. “There is only this-worldliness for those who have no faith.” When one has no faith they entertain every aspect of ‘this-worldliness.’ Another problem with this poem is that not only does it claim that faith brings you ‘this-worldliness’, but verses 3 and 4 in a sense abrogate verse 2. Which is it? Either your Islamic faith offers you ‘this-worldliness’ or if you are without religion your life is equivalent to annihilation. Either way, the unseen side of these verses show that this poet believes no matter what you choose, Islamic faith or no faith, the world is yours. By biblical standards ‘the world’ is what one leaves in a spiritual sense when one transcends its trappings by way of faith. Another allusion to this tenet of Islamic belief is this passage from the Qur’an which is referenced in Article 3 of the Hamas Charter:
“I have created Man and Devil (djinn) for the purpose of their worship (to Allah)”
Devils don’t worship God. Devils are clearly forces of ‘this-worldliness’ of various types which draw a person away from the worship of God. You will never find anything of this sort in the scriptures of old. This is another unseen clue into what Islam really represents and the errant teachings found therein. I’m sure some people will dispute that God creates all things of matter and of spirit. This is true; however again, devils do not worship virtue and therefore are not created to worship the unseen God, curator of virtue. Clearly these 2 subjects, man and devil, have different roles in the world. Man is striving to transcend the trappings of this world to attain enlightenment and love while djinn are striving to transcend God by trapping who he can in darkness. One cannot have it both ways. This theme is one of many suspect themes throughout the Qur’an and the Hamas Charter mimics its every teaching.
Portion of Article 7
“But even if the links have become distant from each other, and even if the obstacles erected by those who revolve in the Zionist orbit, aiming at obstructing the road before the Jihad fighters, have rendered the pursuance of Jihad impossible; nevertheless, the Hamas has been looking forward to implement Allah’s promise whatever time it might take. The prophet, prayer and peace be upon him, said: The time will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews (and kill them); until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: O Muslim! there is a Jew hiding behind me, come on and kill him! This will not apply to the Gharqad, which is a Jewish tree (cited by Bukhari and Muslim).”
The Qur’an teaches that the last day (day of judgement) will only occur when Jews (and presumably all infidels) are killed or subdued, thus ushering in the judgement of paradise or hell. This is Allah’s promise that is referred to at the end of the first sentence (above in article 7), which is merely a reference to the Qur’an. The hadith quoted in the passage is standard doctrine. I find it humorous that the Jewish tree won’t offer up its own people.
Here are a few examples of Muslim hostility toward Jews:
Sura 4:47 O you (Israel) who were given the Scripture, believe in what We have sent down [to Muhammad], confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them toward their backs or curse them as We cursed the sabbath-breakers. And ever is the decree of Allah accomplished.
Sura 7:167 And (remember) when your Lord declared that He would certainly keep on sending (enemies) against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment.
Sura 98:6 Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islam, the Quran and Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikun will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.
Sura 5:51 O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya’ (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya’ to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya’, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers and unjust).
I believe that Muslims who constantly say ‘Islam is a religion of peace’ are in their hearts seeking that peace and truth which is elsewhere. However, they are handcuffed to Islamic doctrine so they have to – in a sense – perform taqiyya, or better yet tawriya (creative deception) subconsciously as a means by which they can attempt to transcend Islamic atrocities. They know far too well that if they leave the faith and get caught they will be put to death.
Part II: Portion of Article 9
“Hamas finds itself at a period of time when Islam has waned away from the reality of life. For this reason, the checks and balances have been upset, concepts have become confused, and values have been transformed; evil has prevailed, oppression and obscurity have reigned; cowards have turned tigers, homelands have been usurped, people have been uprooted and are wandering all over the globe.”
Stop trying to pretend Islam doesn’t currently have majority in 49 countries as of 2010. (Of course, this charter was authorized in 1988) Note also this passage is ripping off the Israelite plight of existence (i.e. homeland usurped, people uprooted and wandering). Now that Israel has most of its land back the ‘Palestinians’ want to usurp it, uproot the Jews and have them wandering yet again. Interesting what with a Muslim majority in 49 countries – especially in Jordan- Hamas won’t move their pawns elsewhere.
Portion of Article 10
“It (Hamas) will spare no effort to implement the truth and abolish evil, in speech and in fact, both here and in any other location where it can reach out and exert influence.”
Such as CAIR.
I tried reading on and simply can’t. The rest of the document is nothing but backwoods doctrine mirroring the Qur’an. If Muslims truly believed and if Muhammad truly believed in YHVH the God of Israel, like he claims throughout the Qur’an, the Muslim world would be overjoyed to celebrate the nation of Israel including rebuilding the temple of YHVH as defined in Torah. The Dome of the Rock (Al-Aqsa) would have never been erected on the temple mount as a stamp of dominance over Jerusalem. The ‘sacred’ sites of Mecca and Medina never established with its aim of turning Arabs away from Zion. Once a person studies the Scriptures and the Qur’an one will see the difference. It shines loud and clear. Since CAIR isn’t interested in exposing the Islamist agenda and is rumored to be associated with Hamas, this rumor comes to fruition when we understand the mission of the Hamas charter. This mission of CAIR is also to propagate Islam albeit concealed behind the veil of Taqiyya. How do we know this? By the fruits of their labor and deeds. A good Muslim adheres to his Qur’an which is all about subduing the infidel until the last day. CAIR’s actions affirm this belief without regard to documented and real-time facts.
