The Islamic Sharia Makes Impossible Side-by-Side Palestinian and Israeli States

The U.S. And Israeli Delusion
On April 6, 2009, President Barack Obama in remarks to the Turkish Parliament stated:
“In the Middle East, we share the goal of a lasting peace between Israel and its neighbors. Let me be clear: The United States strongly supports the goal of two states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security. That is a goal shared by Palestinians, Israelis, and people of goodwill around the world. That is a goal that the parties agreed to in the road map and at Annapolis. That is a goal that I will actively pursue as President of the United States.”
Of course, Obama is not the first or only U.S. president to suffer from the delusion that the Palestinians and Israelis can live in peace in adjoining states. Presidents Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and now Barack Obama have made “two states for two peoples” as the centerpiece of their Middle East policies that promoted the chimera that peace is possible in this religiously volatile area of the planet.
However, American presidents are not the only international statesmen who have bought into publicly advocating the peace illusion of the two-state-solution. Israeli prime ministers Yithak Rabin, Shimon Peres, Benjamin Netanyahu, Ehud Barak, Ariel Sharon, and Ehud Olmert have all openly subscribed to the two-state-solution – how much their commitments were due to actual belief in the possibility of achieving the solution and how much their commitments were due to the exigencies of diplomacy is unknown. But nevertheless, since the early 1990s, the elected leaders of both the U.S. and Israel have endorsed the concept that Islamic and Jewish believers can live side-by-side in peaceful harmony. The 1991 Madrid Conference, the 1993 Oslo Accords, the Camp David 2000 Summit, and the 2007 Annapolis Conference are all testaments to their failed efforts, which contradicted the two-state-solution expectations.
Following Obama’s declaration to the Turkish Parliament that he was all in for the two-state-solution, he doubled down in Cairo, Egypt on June 4, 2009 when he said:
“For decades, there has been a stalemate: two peoples with legitimate aspirations, each with a painful history that makes compromise elusive. It is easy to point fingers . . . But if we see this conflict only from one side or the other, then we will be blind to the truth: the only resolution is for the aspirations of both sides to be met through two states, where Israelis and Palestinians each live in peace and security.”
The Muslim Perspective
The concept of a Palestinian state was created with the birth of Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) at the first Arab League summit in Cairo in 1964. But in reality, the “Palestinian people” do not exist. According to PLO executive committee member Zahir Muhsein, is a 1977 interview with the Dutch newspaper “Trouw”:
“The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct ‘Palestinian people’ to oppose Zionism.”
So, as with most things regarding Islam, their claim and the purported history it is based on are lies. The obvious implication is that the Muslims are not genuinely interested in a two-state-solution, but rather they intend to continue to sabotage and frustrate all U.S.-Israeli initiatives like the Camp David 2000 Summit and the 2007 Annapolis Conference. The real objective of the Muslims in their unceasing hostilities is not to establish a Palestinian state next to Israel; instead it is to wage Quran- and Hadith-mandated jihad against Jews.
Quran Sura 5:51 – “O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you – then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people.”
Hadith Sahih Muslim, 41:6985 – “The Day of Judgment will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslims, O Abdullah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.”
While the Quran and Hadith leave no doubt that it is a primary “religious duty” of Muslims to conduct warfare against Jews, it is Islamic Sharia law that absolutely precludes anything but the destruction of Israel and the reestablishment of Islamic rule under Sharia law in what is now the state of Israel. The reason is that, once a land territory has been under the jurisdiction of Islamic law, it may never revert to the control of non-Muslims. (It is the Muslim equivalent of the communist “Brezhnev Doctrine” whereby it was a Soviet axiom that once a country had gone communist, it could never return to being non-communist. The Sharia-mandated permanency of Muslim dominance might be characterized as the “Muhammad Doctrine.”) What makes the Muhammad Doctrine relevant in this situation is that the physical territory that is now Israel was governed by the Islamic Caliphates of Rashidun, Umayyads, Abbasid, and Ottomans for almost thirteen centuries from 640-1922 A.D.
Following the defeat of the Ottomans in World War I, the British ruled the former Ottoman imperial area that included the territory of Israel until their military forces evacuated the area, and the modern state of Israel was founded with the consent of the United Nations in 1948. The Muslims had been fighting low level insurrectionary warfare against the British throughout their more than two decade occupation of Israel in accordance with the Sharia. Naturally, this Islamic Sharia obligation to fight against non-Muslim occupiers of Muslim lands transferred for the Muslims from the British to the Israelis when they replaced the British as the non-Muslim power in what the Muslims falsely claim as “historic Palestine.” Note that in the following Sharia excerpt-mandating jihad, it is an open-ended requirement to be continually performed until fulfilled, and the rule of Islamic Sharia law is again the dominant legal authority of the territory.
09.0 JIHAD0: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada, signifying warfare to establish the religion.
The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to scholarly consensus is such Koranic verses as:
(1) “Fighting is prescribed for you” (Koran 2:216);
(2) “Slay them wherever you find them” (Koran 4:89);
(3) “Fight the idolaters utterly” (Koran 9:36);
THE OBLIGATORY CHARACTER OF JIHAD
09.1 Jihad is a communal obligation.
. . . and Allah Most High having said:
In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation . . . in respect to non-Muslims . . . when non-Muslims invade a Muslim country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally obligatory upon the inhabitants of that country, who must repel the non-Muslims with whatever they can.
09.3 Jihad is also personally obligatory for everyone able to perform it, male or female, old or young when the enemy . . . having entered our territory [triggers jihad] . . . for non-Muslim forces entering Muslim lands is a weighty matter that cannot be ignored, but must be met with effort and struggle to repel them by every possible means.
How Non-Muslims Are Deceived And Kept In Their Delusion To The Benefit Of Islam
Israelis, Americans, and Europeans are all maintained in a state of delusion by the diplomatic fantasy called “land-for-peace.” The land-for-peace deception derives from UN Security Council Resolution 242 that supposedly encapsulates the formula of the withdrawal of Israeli forces from land captured from the Muslims during the 1967 Six-Day War in return for the Muslims terminating their belligerency and recognizing the territorial borders of Israel. Of course, land-for-peace rests entirely on the Muslims accepting the right of Israel to exist. But the Quran, Hadiths, and Sharia all dictate to Muslims that they fight Israelis simply because they are Jews and that they fight to regain all of the land mass constituting Israel because it was once ruled by Islamic Sharia law, whose rule must be restored.
Through the two-state-solution, land-for-peace diplomatic deception Muslims keep non-Muslim Israelis, Americans, and Europeans from realizing that, from the Islamic standpoint, there will never be “peace” until Israel is destroyed and is replaced by a single Islamic state. By maintaining non-Muslims in the land-for-peace delusion, Muslims psychologically prevent the much more powerful non-Muslim powers from perceiving the truth, which is that only through the destruction of the Muslim forces unceasingly attacking Israel will “peace” ever be achieved in the “holy land.”
Most of the Islamic world pretends to embrace land-for-peace diplomacy in order to successfully continue the psychological warfare of perpetuating the delusion among non-Muslims that eventually peace can be achieved through negotiated land concessions. But there is another element in the Muslim universe that is committed to retaking Israel according to the literal, violent instructions from Allah, as transmitted to them in the Quran, Hadith, and Sharia. This violent element is “Hamas.” Hamas is considered “rejectionist” in that they absolutely reject ever recognizing the right of Israel to exist. Hamas does not participate furthering the non-Muslim two-state-solution delusion. Theirs is unvarnished Islamism. Here are excerpts from the Hamas founding charter that conveys exactly who they are, what they believe, and what they intend to do.

Article Two: The Link between Hamas and the Association of Muslim Brothers
The Islamic Resistance Movement is one of the wings of the Muslim Brothers in Palestine. The Muslim Brotherhood Movement is a world organization, the largest Islamic Movement in the modern era. It is characterized by a profound understanding, by precise notions and by a complete comprehensiveness of all concepts of Islam in all domains of life: views and beliefs, politics and economics, education and society, jurisprudence and rule, indoctrination and teaching, the arts and publications, the hidden and the evident, and all the other domains of life.
Article Eight: The Slogan of the Hamas
Allah is its goal, the Prophet its model, the Qur’an its Constitution, Jihad its path and death for the case of Allah its most sublime belief.

The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine has been an Islamic Waqf throughout the generations and until the Day of Resurrection, no one can renounce it or part of it, or abandon it or part of it.
Article Fifteen: The Jihad for the Liberation of Palestine is an Individual Obligation
When our enemies usurp some Islamic lands, Jihad becomes a duty binding on all Muslims. In order to face the usurpation of Palestine by the Jews, we have no escape from raising the banner of Jihad. This would require the propagation of Islamic consciousness among the masses on all local, Arab and Islamic levels. We must spread the spirit of Jihad among the [Islamic] Umma, clash with the enemies and join the ranks of the Jihad fighters . . . We must imprint on the minds of generations of Muslims that the Palestinian problem is a religious one, to be dealt with on this premise. It includes Islamic holy sites such as the Aqsa Mosque, which is inexorably linked to the Holy Mosque as long as the Heaven and earth will exist, to the journey of the Messenger of Allah, be Allah’s peace and blessing upon him, to it, and to his ascension from it . . . I swear by that who holds in His Hands the Soul of Muhammad! I indeed wish to go to war for the sake of Allah! I will assault and kill, assault and kill, assault and kill.
The Islamic “theology” expressed above by the Hamas jihadists is the orthodox Islamic theology. Hamas has not “hijacked” the religion of Islam. Hamas is practicing Islam exactly how the Prophet Muhammad intended – constantly attack Jews until they are destroyed and maintain Islamic Sharia rule forever wherever it is imposed by jihadist force.
Conclusions
To summarize the situation, Obama and the Israeli political leadership profess to believe that peace between Israelis and Muslims can be achieved through the implementation of a two-state-solution that can be arrived at in land-for-peace diplomacy. The Muslim historical claim to the “land of Palestine” is fraudulent. Most Muslims foster and reinforce the land-for-peace, two-state-solution delusion in order to keep the more powerful non-Muslim forces from arriving at the correct conclusion that Muslims have no intentions of ever agreeing to the two-state-solution. The second part of the conclusion Muslims are attempting to keep non-Muslims from arriving at is that peace in this area will never prevail until Islamic jihadist forces are smashed to the point that their capability to make war is no more. Regardless whether Muslims follow the land-for-peace deception or the Hamas hard-line, all Muslim behavior and their strategic course of action regarding Jews and the “land of Palestine” are unequivocally spelled out in the Quran, Sharia, and Hadiths. These Islamic religious texts dictate the politics of the situation, and those politics are that there will be war until Islam prevails, or until their jihadist war capability is destroyed.
For the U.S. and Israelis for continue on their current course is delusional, will solve nothing, and will only result in more squandered blood and treasure.
