In the aftermath of Obama’s re-election, it was clear that young people between the ages of 18 and 29 had made up a bigger share of the electorate that brought Obama to power for a second time. Their participation was larger than it was in past elections, with the percentage young voters standing at 19 percent. Compared to Mitt Romney, the President won overwhelmingly that group.

So, how has Obama taken care of them, the 18 to 29 year old generation?

By all accounts, the youth vote is based on the trust that their candidate will fulfill their dreams, aspirations and hopes, if not for a better future, at least for a safer future.

The equation is, therefore, pretty simple: education, jobs and the sacro-sanct fun, plus safety tossed in.

America’s exceptionalism has been the leitmotif for the nation’s existence from its inception. High academic standards that took Americans to the summit of creativity, invention, and productivity.

Jimmy Carter’s era emphasized the beginning of America’s decline and it’s being culminated with great apogee under his acolyte, Mr. Obama.

What has happened?

A liberal approach to raising and educating children from birth has taken place -but to be fair, it began with the advent of the hippy movement in America, the time of laissez-faire laissez-aller. That meant that rigid education and authoritarian discipline were slowly and surely been abandoned in favor of trusting children education… to the children.

They were given the possibility of choosing, instead of parents being their lightning rod, guiding them, orienting them, and being the standard bearers of what is morally right and unacceptably wrong.

Even babies got rights to decide with a cry or a whim what they wanted.

And, so, America began losing ground as authority began losing ground at home. And, precisely, as authority was being pushed out the door, “home” was going to end up being one of the most sought-after targets of liberal education -the tool of liberalism.

American liberals, just as liberals worldwide, continued to heart their agenda and in no time, have been enacting the appropriate measures to advance it.

As education is concerned, one would expect from a so-called “liberal” Administration, for instance, the creation of a few colleges, completely free of charge, i.e., with no burden whatsoever to students coming from low-income homes.

Likewise, one could expect the establishment of paid internship for such students, as reward to their merits.

Employment is also an expectation and a right that every young person has.

How is all this faring in the Obama World?

Mr. Obama and his entourage prefer nurturing the beggar mentality in the American youth, who, unable to find even summer jobs, are forced to depend on food stamps and different kind of state-aids.

Indeed, the majority of millennials, as the 18 to 29 age group is known, are unhappy with the Obama Administration handling of many aspects that directly concern them.

Chief among their concerns is the economy. With a 17 TRN debt, at this rate expected to rise to 23 TRN in the five next years, the millennials know that unavoidably, that debt will bear dire consequences in an already bleak future awaiting them around the corner.

Employment seems as a remote eventuality, when the American youth may be among the hundreds of millions Americans threatened by the mercenary immigrants the Obama immigration bill could open the doors to, bringing in unskilled, negative manpower to a country with a government that rewards outsourcing and imposes a statutory penalty of $5,000 per head, on U.S. employers for hiring U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents over illegal aliens. That, added to a damaging Obamacare legislation against Americans and legal aliens.

Another danger of Obama’s immigration bill is that its loopholes will allow to import 150 million people from the Muslim world. That would not only affect the job market, but it is also a definite threat to the lifestyle of the American youth, given that within a very short period of time, the majority of the population would be Muslim, of Islamic faith.

American millennials know well, for they read the news, that Islam in America will mirror what Islam in the Muslim world is and and wherever they are.

Last but not least, a very telling element of the newest Obama “achievement”, his Obamacare fiasco that he is still trying to salvage, is another betrayal inflicted on the millennials.

They know probably get a better and clearer idea than ever before, what a mistake they made by placing that man at the helm of the country.

The success of Obamacare is mostly based upon the contributions of the 18-29 taxpayers who are expected to sign for expensive health care programs, to pay for Mr. Obama’s largesses with the other layers of the society.

It is so important to Obama, that he is traveling the country, campaigning for his Obamacare disaster.

He has been “encouraging” young people to do what they can for Obamacare.

The say on the internet is going around that “Obama wants bartenders to host happy hours so they can get people to sign for Obamacare… but friends don’t let friends sign for Obamacare drunk…”

The American youth at large needs the possibility to receive the best education, free and affordable to all those who desire to study, and who want to be able to learn that what seems impossible. They have the right to be educated and trained in the fields close to their hearts.

That should have been a goal of a liberal, democratic government, but it is not.

Surely millennials fathoming their new reality, may have a bitter taste and a very real feeling that this Administration is pushing them to walk on moving sands.

A rude awakening for those who were looking for change and hope. They got change allright.

But, by now in their hearts they know that hope must be followed by success, or else it’s a crushing failure.

God bless America
