According to Arabic language media, the Islamic State recently published a new decapitation video — this time by “breaking protocol and performing the slaughter in the middle of a garden as opposed to the desert.”
The video is believed to have been made somewhere near the Ninevah Plain.
The ISIS terrorists stand behind their two victims, who are bound and on their knees. The terrorists speak in French and threaten France with more attacks on its soil. Afterwards, they push their victims down and proceed to hack their heads off.
