Remember, the Democrats have been in a “we won!” frenzy for over a year and a half now and even with their super majority it has taken them this long to twist enough of their OWN party’s arms to pass this Obamination. It was never the GOP that was stopping this behemoth. For the last year the only obstacle has been those few Dems who had some shred of conscious left or those who are scared spitless because they are up for re-election in about 240+/- days.

As long as you are remembering things, remember when Nancy Pelosi said this:

“But we have to pass the [health care ] bill so that you can find out what is in it.”

Now, remember when Obama said this? – –

“… not continue to rely only on our military . . in order to acheive the national security objectives that we’ve set …”

So, what does that bring us to? Well, take a look at what can be found on page 1,311 of that “health care” reform bill that passed on Sunday …

SEC. 430. ESTABLISHING A READY RESERVE CORPS.

Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 204) is amended to read as follows:

SEC. 203. COMMISSIONED CORPS AND READY RESERVE CORPS.

(a) ESTABLISHMENT.-

(1) IN GENERAL.-There shall be in the Service a commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency.

(2) REQUIREMENT.-All commissioned officers shall be citizens of the United States and shall be appointed without regard to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to the Classification Act of 1923, as amended.

(3) APPOINTMENT.-Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.

(4) ACTIVE DUTY.-Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall at all times be subject to call to active duty by the Surgeon General, including active duty for the purpose of training.

(5) WARRANT OFFICERS.-Warrant officers may be appointed to the Service for the purpose of providing support to the health and delivery systems maintained by the Service and any warrant officer appointed to the Service shall be considered for purposes of this Act and title 37, United States Code, to be a commissioned officer within the Commissioned Corps of the Service.

(b) ASSIMILATING RESERVE CORP OFFICERS INTO THE REGULAR CORPS.-Effective on the date of enactment of the Affordable Health Choices Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.

(c) PURPOSE AND USE OF READY RESERVE.-

(1) PURPOSE.-The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions.

(2) USES.-The Ready Reserve Corps shall-

(A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps;

(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel;

(C) be available for backfilling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and

(D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 399SS) to improve access to health services.

(d) FUNDING.-For the purpose of carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Commissioned Corps under this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to the Office of the Surgeon General for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014. Funds appropriated under this subsection shall be used for recruitment and training of Commissioned Corps Officers.

It looks like Obama just got his own private army. I can hardly wait to hear how the Dems are going to “spin” this! And more important, are YOU going to believe it when they do? I’m betting that it will look something like this:

The surgeon general is actually an Admiral in the USPHS.
The USPHS is on of the seven uniformed services in the US. The others being the five armed services (US Army, USN , USAF, USMC, and CG) and the NOAA Corps.
They are actually the good guys. I know you were all thinking he had created the Brown Shirts but that’s not what actually happened. He merely bolstered an already existing and very useful service.” [move along, nothing to see here, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain…]

Ok, if so, then why even have this in the bill? If it already exists (and the USPHS does) then why use this legislation to “bolster” it? Why not simply work with the existing legislation that already controls the USPHS? I know why, but more to the point, will We The People believe the “honest intentions” of this administration given it’s track record of transparency and telling the truth?

Yeah, I know, I’m just being paranoid.  Ok, you are right, this is all just so much speculation and I guess I really am over-reacting.  I know, I know . . .

So, tell me again why this bill was passed like it was?  The Administration knows full well they had to sneak as much of their agenda into THIS piece of canine excrement, sorry, legislation as possible. Again, why? Simple, they do not expect to be in control of either the House or the Senate after the mid-term elections. But, you are right, I’m over-reacting, I should just back off the Prez and give it some time to “sort itself out”, after all, he is only trying to do what is best for us, he keeps telling us that he is only doing it “because it’s the right thing to do.”… 

This administration probably has no intention, no “evil covert plan” to pull together it’s shiny new “Ready Reserve Corps” and launch whatever manufactured crisis it might have waiting in the wings to be able to declare martial law.

They are, after all, closing down everything by April (that is only a week or so away). At least Obama won’t have to worry about all those ACORN people being unemployed and making his “recovery” look worse. [pictured right] Remember these guys from the elections in 2008, intimidating people at the polls? Coming soon to a street corner near you?

I guess it really is a stretch of the imagination, but just pretend martial law is declared, with Obama’s enforcement corps at his command [excuse me his “Public Health Service Commissioned Corps”], with the bulk of the U.S. Military overseas and unavailable to protect the U.S. Constitution (as they are sworn to do, NOT what Obama commands) or the citizens of the United States from “all threats foreign and domestic“, We The People will be on our own. Are you ready?

I guess it really is nothing more than fantastic speculation and wild conjecture, but I wrote, just a few days ago this administration has declared war on America.  I still believe that.  The 2nd American Revolution has begun. In my opinion, everything this president has done over the past year and a half has shown him to be hostile towards America.  He seems so hate-filled and angry toward the very country of which he is supposed to be proud and to lead.  

Just as King George sent troops to put down the unrest in the colonies and to disarm them, the legislation rammed through on Sunday, March 21, 2010 was the Administrations first volley, first attack, to suppress the American people through an abusive, over-reaching and oppressive law.  It took Obama a year and a half, a Super Majority, control of both the Senate and the Congress, untold numbers of back-room bribes and covert “deals” and out-right arm twisting of his own party members to do it, but it got done.

The bill contains all the elements to allow this hostile administration all the power it needs to completely control and eventually destroy every freedom and liberty of Americans.  It gives the government total power over the health and well-being of each citizen, making us supplicants to their throne of Government controlled HealthCare.  From the time this bill is fully implemented we will have to fight or beg for every crumb of health care we get.  Of course, by then, even if we weren’t being taxed, fined or imprisoned and we did have a few dollars saved where else in the world could we go to get high quality health care without having to wait months/years?  America was where the rest of the world used to come for that.

This bill allows or provides for:

Mandating every citizen to purchase a product either deemed acceptable/approved by the government or provided by the government, whether we want it or not;

If the citizen fails to comply they will be fined and/or imprisioned, or both;

Allows anyone in the country access to free/subsidized medical insurance and care, regardless of immigration status [illegal aliens once again trump legal U.S. citizens at tax-payer expense];

All banking accounts of every citizen will become accessible to the government, which may, at the governments discretion, confiscate any amount of money from the citizen without notice or due process;

Every health/medical record of every citizen will become part of a central database, allowing the government complete and total access, there will be no more privacy;

The initial line of enforcement of this bill will be the Internal Revenue Service, there will be an additional 16,500 (that’s Sixteen THOUSAND, five hundred) IRS agents hired (almost) immediately;

If the first line of enforcement is not sufficient, the second line of enforcement, the “Commissioned Corps and Ready Reserve Corps” will stand at the ready to make certain that every citizen complies.

I ask again, are you ready? The liberal elitists already believe that We The People are too stupid, too lazy to believe this is happening or to notice it is happening. They will roll their eyes and try to dismiss articles such as this as “right-wing conspiracy nuts”, and do all they can to minimize or marginalize warnings like this. They will continue to tell everyone “We know what we are doing, we know what is best for you! Ignore the man behind the curtain.” hoping that Americans will be so distracted by little things like trying to earn a living, put food on the table, pay the bills, and take care of their families that they won’t notice that there is no more America, there is no more Constitution, there is no more freedom in anything.

I already know that I will be dismissed as a “nut job”, a whacko, just another right-winger with tin-foil for a hat, and who knows, perhaps I’m as wrong as wrong can be . . . what if, though, I’m even just “a little bit” right? Remember all the liberals and Dems calling the right-wingers “crazy” and “demented” when we said that this administration was out to socialize America?

“Naaah, Obama won’t take over the auto industry! He even said he doesn’t want to run an auto company. Besides, that would be un-Constitutional.”

“Naaah, Obama wouldn’t confiscate privately owned property and nationalize it just because it has some of the richest known deposits of minerals, oil and natural gas! That would be un-Constitutional. “

“Naaah, Obama won’t by-pass the Senate and appoint over 30 czars to run things and report only to him! That would be un-Constitutional or at least unconscionable!”

“Naaah, Obama won’t appoint lobbyists to positions of authority where their personal socialist agendas will rule! He promised not to have lobbyists in his Administration at all!”

“Naaah, Obama doesn’t want to create an energy tax that would bankrupt America, invade every aspect of Americans lives and literally tax the air they breathe!”

“Naaah, Obama won’t take over AIG (and the other 500+ companies that went with it!)!”

“Naaah, Obama won’t take over the banks!”

“Naaah, Obama won’t take over 1/6 of the U.S. economy by socializing the health industry!”

I guess I’m just being silly, paranoid, unrealistic, talking out of my . . .

Let there be no mistake about what I’m saying here folks, Obama has declared war on the American people. I do not want to be able to say “I told you so”.  I pray to God I am wrong.  I love my country and want to see us all, left and right, conservative, moderate and liberal, Republican, Democrat and Independent, WE the People, come together in peaceful accord in this republic, these United States of America.
